Welcome to the Flower Special School Parent App, operated by Flower Special School.

By downloading, accessing, or using this App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.


1. Purpose of the App

The Flower Special School Parent App is intended to provide parents or authorized guardians of enrolled students with access to school-related information and services, including but not limited to:

● student transportation updates

● schedules, announcements, meetings, and events

● fee-related notifications

● school-authorized payment information

● payment proof submission

● student reports and related school communications

The App is designed solely for communication and information purposes between the School and authorized parents or guardians.


2. Eligibility and Account Access

Access to the App is restricted to parents or guardians authorized by Flower Special School.


2.1 Account Access

Login credentials, including Student ID and password, are issued and managed by the School. If a user forgets their password, they may use the “Need Help” option on the login page. Password recovery or password reset requests are handled only by Flower Special School through the official administrator contact details provided in the App. Users are responsible for keeping login information confidential. You agree not to:

● share login credentials with unauthorized persons

● attempt to access another student’s information

● misuse or interfere with the App’s operation

The School reserves the right to suspend, reset, or revoke access at any time for security, maintenance, or misuse.


2.2 Account Deletion / Deactivation

Parents or authorized guardians may delete their account through the Account & Settings page in the App.

Before deletion is processed, the App will request confirmation.

When an account is deleted, the parent’s access to the Flower Special School Parent App will be deactivated. The account status will be marked as Inactive / Disabled in the School’s administration system. Student academic and administrative records may be retained by Flower Special School for school operational, historical, or legal purposes. Once deactivated, the parent will no longer be able to access app features or student related information through the App.


3. Student Information

The App may display student-related information including profile details, transport status, schedules, reports, and payment-related notifications.

This information is provided for the authorized parent or guardian of the relevant student only. Users must not copy, distribute, publish, or disclose student-related information to unauthorized third parties.


4. Transportation Information

Bus route information, boarding status, drop-off status, location information, and related timing data are provided for convenience only.

While the School aims to keep transport information reasonably accurate, delays, technical interruptions, or temporary inaccuracies may occur. The School does not guarantee real-time precision of transportation updates.


5. Schedule

Announcements, meetings, and events are subject to change.

The School may update, postpone, cancel, or modify any item without prior notice. Parents should refer to the latest information shown in the App.


6. Payment

6.1 Payment Information

Through Account & Settings → Payment → Bank Accounts, the App may display school-authorized payment information, including:

● school MMQR

● bank account details

● designated contact information such as Viber number

Parents may use this information when transferring school fees.


6.2 Payment Submission

On the Payment page, parents may submit payment proof after making payment.

By tapping the “+” button, parents can open the Payment Detail page to:

● enter payment purpose in the “Payment For” field

● upload a payment screenshot

● send payment proof to the School for verification

Parents may also view payment submission history and payment details through the App.

By submitting payment proof, you confirm that:

● the submitted information is accurate to the best of your knowledge

● the uploaded file is lawful and relevant to school payment purposes

Submission of payment proof does not automatically mean payment confirmation. Payment is considered confirmed only after verification by the School.


7. Reports and Downloadable Materials

The App may provide daily reports, weekly reports, or downloadable materials related to a student.

These materials are intended solely for personal use by the authorized parent or guardian. Redistribution, public sharing, commercial use, or unauthorized modification is prohibited.


8. Alerts and Notifications

The App provides an Alert feature to help parents stay informed about important school-related updates.

Alerts may include:

● Fee collection notifications (including confirmation after school verification of received payments)

● Fee deduction or fee reminder messages (including late payment notices or upcoming fee schedules)

Fee collection alerts may include text messages and/or supporting images sent by the School through the App.

Fee deduction or reminder alerts are typically sent as text-based notifications.

All alerts are sent from the School through the official Admin Portal and are intended solely for communication between the School and authorized parents or guardians.

Parents should regularly check alerts to stay updated on important school and fee-related information.


9. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

● use the App for unlawful purposes

● attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

● upload harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content

● disrupt the operation, security, or availability of the App


10. Service Availability

The School may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the App at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices at all times.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flower Special School shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.


12. Changes to These Terms

The School may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Updated versions will become effective once published in the App or through official school communication.


13. Contact Information

For account issues, password reset requests, forget password issues or questions regarding the App, please contact Flower Special School directly through official school communication channel.
