Privacy Policy Effective Date: May 8, 2026

FLOWERS Education Centre operates the FLOWERS Education Centre Parent App.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when parents or authorized guardians use the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.


1. Information We Collect

The App may collect and display information necessary to provide school-related services, including:

1.1 Account Information

● Student ID

● Login credentials issued by the School

● The App may also display school administrator contact information through the “Need Help” option on the login page for password recovery or password reset assistance.


1.2 Student Information

● Student name

● Student profile photo

● Student ID

● Bus ID

● Route name

● Daily transportation status (on-board / dropped-off status)

● Boarding time and drop-off time


1.3 Schedule and Communication Information

● Announcements

● Events

● Meetings

● Related titles, descriptions, dates, times, locations, and organizer details 1.4 Payment Information and Submission Data The App may collect and process:

● Payment purpose entered by the parent (Payment For)

● Payment screenshots uploaded by parents

● Payment submission history and related records

● Payment confirmation or status messages from the School


1.5 School Payment Information (Bank Accounts)

Through Account & Settings → Payment → Bank Accounts, the App may display school-authorized payment information, including:

● school MMQR

● bank account details

● designated contact information such as Viber number


1.6 Alerts and Notifications

The App may store and display notifications such as:

● fee collection confirmations (after school verification)

● fee reminders (fee reminders, fee deduction or late payment notifications)


1.7 Reports

● Student-related reports and downloadable documents provided by the School



2. How We Use Information

We use collected information only for legitimate school-related purposes, including:

● authenticating parent or guardian access

● providing student-related information

● displaying transportation updates

● sending schedules, announcements, meetings, and events

● processing payment proof submissions

● displaying school payment information

● sending alerts and notifications

● sharing student reports

● maintaining security, performance, and functionality of the App


3. Transportation and Location Information

The App may display school transportation-related information such as route details, bus movement, current location, boarding status, and drop-off status.

This information is used solely for student transportation monitoring and communication between the School and authorized parents or guardians.


4. Payment Submission and Verification

Parents or guardians may submit payment proof through the App after making school fee payments.

By tapping the “+” button in the Payment page, parents can:

● enter payment purpose in the “Payment For” field

● upload a payment screenshot

● send payment proof to the School

Submitted payment data is used only for verification and administrative processing. Submission of payment proof does not automatically confirm payment. Payment is considered confirmed only after verification by the School. Parents may also view payment history and details through the App.


5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

Information may be accessed only by authorized school personnel for:

● school operations

● communication

● payment verification

● transportation management

● academic reporting

We may disclose information when required by applicable law or lawful authority.


6. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect user data.

However, no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for keeping Student ID and password confidential.


7. Data Retention and Account Deactivation

Parents or guardians may delete their account through the App under Account & Settings.

Before deletion, confirmation will be required.

When an account is deleted:

● parent access to the App is removed

● account status becomes Inactive / Disabled in the School system

Student academic and administrative records may still be retained by Flower Special School for operational, historical, or legal purposes.


8. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for use by parents or authorized guardians only.

It is not intended for direct use by children. Student information is only accessible to authorized users.


9. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services where necessary for functionality. In particular, the App may use GPS or transportation tracking services to display:

● bus route information

● starting and ending points

● real-time vehicle location

● transportation updates

This is used solely for school transportation monitoring. We may also use services for hosting, notifications, storage, and system performance. We do not sell personal data to third parties.


10.Changes to This Privacy Policy

Flower Special School may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates become effective when published in the App or through official school communication channels.
